Updated package for CRAN resubmission (version 1.2.5) #173

NEWS.md - copied updates from UPDATES_Rpackage_iMRMC.md into file. Description.md - updated Java SystemRequirement to be CRAN standard (Java(>=8)). Updated version number. uStats.R - changed function choice within code to be CRAN compliant. iMRMC/man/ - used Roxygen to flesh out multiple functions' documentations. iMRMC_1.2.5.tar.gz - rebuilt with changes listed above.

I don't store Rd files or tar.gz files in the repository. Can you please remove those?

The tar.gz file is uploaded to https://github.com/DIDSR/iMRMC/releases
