How to get ringtones and 3g on the android side #115

I understand everyone is waiting for the release of Windows, but there are some 
issue that need to be fiqured out.

One, is how do you put ringing tones on the phone?

Two, how to you use the 3g data, instead of Wifi. I changed the APN in the 
phone and get the 3G icon, but no 3g data

Has everyone fiqured out the two yet?
