Missing function #28

Function get_plot_data() is used in make_trial_plots_by_input(), but the function is not defined in the R script. make_exp_plots() is giving an error for previous examples.

@tmieno2 Is it possible that you haven't pushed a certain change? I'm trying to make a trial for Haiying with the package, and after pulling recent changes, I now have an error anytime I run make_exp_plots(). When digging in to find the problem, I found one function that doesn't seem to be defined anywhere.
