Add a table of the number of replicates for the full combination of the two inputs in the trial design report

Do the same for one input case as well for completeness?

Yes, I wasn't sure if we already had it for the one-input case of this trial report. I have been reviewing the current version of the report in the package today, and I will add this soon.
