Data conversion Tab disappears on re-loading of Excel #4

Hi, we are having an issue where the add in will not appear unless you manually turn off and turn on the add in on the options menu. Any ideas how to fix this.

How are you loading it? Are you double-clicking the file to load it or added it into the Addins?

Hi, we have added it into the Add-ins, I think its an issue to do with customising the Ribbon the data conversion tool just doesn't appear upon restarting excel. But is there on the add-ins menu. The only other cause I can think of might be that we still have the data entry feedback tool there albeit turned off.
