fix test_xml.test_watch() parse problem #3

I'm not sure if its the test or the source being parsed that should be changed. Either way, this is a failing test. Can you please check?

Hi! You're right. That test case needs to be reviewed... in particular we need to implement an XML parser in the test. Because the order of the XML tags ("Data time" and "Data value") in the byte stream could be different. As soon as possible, we will implement that XML parser in the test case.
