Motivation

Futuramente a lib pode ter contribuições de outros desenvolvedores, para isso seria importante implementar um padrão na formatação do código e commits.

Proposed solution

Foi adicionado as seguintes bibliotecas:

Estlint
Prettier
Husky
(lint-staged, commitizen, commitlint)
