For collecting a list of Judgements into a html table. #12

Can create an old-fashion looking table with some "fancy" javascript and details-tag for hiding detailed comments.

What's the point of a "Collector"? I'm just wondering about the abstraction.

As we talked about today, in a text file you will loose the overview, while a csv file cannot hold all the details. I would use an org file (which is the next to come), but not all know this.
