Datafile div in structmap is redundant #8

Patient record documents are described as file groups in the filesec of a representation and can be physically held in a folder structire, e.g. data/patient_record/case/sub-case/document. There is no folder called 'datafile' and in fact this is related to actual bitstreams or container files held in file groups. The div for 'datafile' can therefore be removed.

In principal as a file group describes a group of files making up a patient document and there should be only one patient document per document folder we could also dispense with the document div. However, it is useful to have a physical folder structure to aid human readability and it is necessary to describe this in the structmap.
