PREMIS profile requirements #80

Requirements related to preservation metadata are not formally defined. A PREMIS profile needs to be created which allows validators to include the verification of these requirements.

Just a remark that there are no profiles and thus no schema provided by the PREMIS EC for describing the use of PREMIS. Our description of use of PREMIs is in https://github.com/DILCISBoard/CITS-PREMIS
