Table of contents on the HTML version of the CSIP fails to link to section 5.3.6 (Use of the METS structural map (<structMap>)) #677

All other sections seem to work fine except for 5.3.6.

Thanks @PhillipTommerholt and noted, I'll take a look at the corrected copy.

This is browser dependent and works in Firefox, but not Chrome, or Safari. I'm pretty sure it's the angled brackets in the heading #660 causing the issue and #670 fixes that issue. I think it will fix this as well, the TOC is generated from the headings.
