Work through of the requriments for the folder structure #732

The requirements (CSIPSTR1 - CSIPSTR16) for the folder structure need a look through to make sure the language is precise.

Might involve an update of the images.

One issue per suggested change will be created and the suggestions will be made in separate PR's.

It is worth discussing also if folder structure requirements should be consistently detailed in a Folder Structure requirements list. eHealth1 does this in 'General Requirements'. Other CITS probably have folder requiremenmts also.

DILCIS Board meeting decision: @carlwilson should create an individual tickets for each proposed change.
