As it is now - the Content Information Type specifications for different Content Information Types are within the specification.

Find placeholders and responsible people for Content Information Type specifications

Content Information Type Specifcations (CITS) information has been removed. People responsible for CITS must look at older versions of the DIP specification if there is something of value to their CITS.
