Renaming files and folders to be without spaces and dots #58

When providing links to SIARD in a linked open data format spaces and dots (except for the one before the file format) makes it hard to reuse the information.

When creating the linked data, there are errors if there are spaces in URLs that are included. The URL for the SIARD 2.2 format specification has spaces in it, which render as %20 for a space: https://siard.dilcis.eu/SIARD%202.2/SIARD%202.2.pdf.

Having spaces in the file name makes it harder for the specification to be pointed to from other resources, and periods (such as the 2.2 in the file name, rather than 2-2) can cause issues as well. In the past there have been alternate resources for the previous format specifications for SIARD that have URLs that are more interoperable, such as https://www.ech.ch/de/standards/53379, but these links for past format specifications of SIARD are now all no longer working.

There is a need to be able to point to the authoritative source for SIARD standards, just as links to ISO for ISO standards, etc. But unfortunately that is not possible with the spaces in the file names that become part of the URL.

Can the file naming practices be changed to make the format specification more widely reusable? Can the specifications be reposted without spaces in the file names/URLs?
