@egalano , I don't remember the details of how you envisioned utilizing IPFS, and don't want to lose the concern. Creating this Issue to track / and flesh out the details of defining a new Network (a relationship between a network name and all its possible endpoints)
The current design aims to make it easy for anyone to define a new Network in the Universe of networks while a DIN administrative process (TBD) will recognize/approve new networks to DIN's aggregate collection (capabilities).
