Privacy protection #11

When it comes to publishing data (e.g. to GBIF) one need to decide the level of details you want to make public about persons. Thus is highly related to privacy protection policies etc. There is a huge difference between historic agents (e.g. C. Darwin, A. Humboldt) and recent agents.

Surely, we shouldn't decide on publishing data in the agents module or make any pre-assumptions here, but we need attributes to support this. So, we might want to include attributes like date of death, person of public interest, data derived from public record (plus reference to public record like Wikidata etc.) in order to accommodate data for informed decisions on the publication of some personal details.
