Some spelling corrections that may or may not be necessary: Petri dish Agar slant (oil, no oil) Lyophilized substitute

Also missing a couple of specific items that are present in the DAOMC/CCFC Agar slant with water Agar plugs in water Freeze dried material - which is kinda equal to lyophilized
