As a user, I would like to upload a csv of agent records. As these are imported, I would like to see a row-by-row progress bar with a warning that one or more are potential duplicates that already existed in the store. At the end of the upload, I want to see a list of potential duplicates so that I can take action on each of them singly or in bulk to either accept as new entries or reject them.
