The idea is to implement a bob-the-builder image, that can run locally by developers to checks out and build from sources, runs various tools for QA purposes

A first version of this "bob-docker" repo is now available. It checks out sources and makes a backup, which is pushed to Docker Hub, but yet no "make" and "make up" supported, and no QA tools are being run... That needs to be added.
