Currently color usage and recommendations are somewhat conflicting:

Designs by UX designer
Logo
Colors used in the Accounts module
Several informal suggestions

Decide on official colors, without getting too complicated.

@lisasund Would you like to do this? We could also just settle on Semantic UI default (?) colors for now, without worrying about differences between modules.
