The use case for Add an contact is not complete.

It is quite normal for the employee/potential hire that is being added to already exist in the system if the HR Manager has forgotten about him/her. Therefore, the extension should include the error message that will be shown when such a scenario arises.

Reason for dropping to severity low

This is unlikely to affect the user as the issue of a duplicate name and invalid syntax should fall under the same umbrella of invalid input. However while the bug is accepted it is wrong as an MSS sequence should not specify what the error is and should just specify that the error is invalid.
