Rename plugin folder from roof_classify into RoofClassify #52

Trying to publish the plugin to QGIS official repository returned:

"Plugin name mismatch: the plugin main folder name in the compressed file (roof_classify) is different from the original plugin package name (RoofClassify)."

So, we need to rename everything
