What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Instaled version 2.7.4.1 64 bit
2.Run IPython Qt Console
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Previous install 2.7.4.0 worked well, this version loads but fails to
initialize numpy:

2.7.4.1 on Windows 7 64 bits, VS2010 installed.
Please provide any additional information below.
Possibly missing some runtime piece due to a difference VS compiler used???
