When I install some module, it raise this error ""Python version 3 required, 
which was not found in the registry."

How to register the python to windows?

how to lock the "IPython Qt Console.exe" to the win7 taskbar?
Everytime I lock it to the taskbar,but win I click the icon next time, the IDLE 
is opened.
