SiteMap as RSS entry point #1561

I was thinking about resurrecting the SiteMap and making it the entry point for the RSS web information display.

Ideas ? @atsareg @graciani @fstagni

I think this map is mostly for a show, rather than being of real use. IMHO it could be resurrected but I would not make it the "entry point" of anything.
