ProcessingType in Accounting of Stalled Jobs #690

This field is taken from the JDL of the job and it is not in the DB tables. Therefore the StalledJobAgent does not fill it when sending the accounting record, since it relies on JobAttributes.

We need to find a scalable solution.

Fixed in #691
