Lookup not configured - hide lookupdata from trace #171

Even if an operator hasn't configured device lookup, all the "lookup-fields" are displayed below the trace-map. Should be hidden if lookup isn't configured correctly.

Either this whole area should be hidden if not properly configured or at least they all should show "Unknown":
