Clicking to unanchored sub-territories sometimes does not immediately display the text linked to the parent territory #2067

When I link a parent territory to a resource in annotator, it also links the sub-territories. But this does not always display immediately if the sub-territories are not yet anchored. I can get past this issue by clicking on an already anchored subT and then moving forward through the subTs in order, before getting to the one I want - then the text is displaying. But nevertheless, it would be good that it always consistently appears

I think that at this moment, anchoring a T is not explicitly anchoring its sub-T. But definitely good idea worth implementation.
