Enable cursor keys (PgDn PgUp, arrows) in Annotator #2188
Allow cursor keys (PgDn PgUp, arrow up/down) for moving in the Annotator. Now the movement is quite clumsy.
In combination with Shift (and optionally Ctrl for bigger chunks, as in all major text editors), allow also text selection - requested in #2193 and one use of this (copy-paste of text) detailed in #2194.
