Prevent multiple menus being opened at the same time #2301

Not sure whether this a bug or a feature?

@adammertel They wanted to have more time to click on the menu - that it was disappearing too fast, so this is a side effect

Understand the motivation here. But, one does not need that time window when a new context menu icon is hovered - in such case, we can immediately close the one that is already opened.

Well the easiest fix would be just lower the time of the hold I guess

In any case, this is not a feature, looks strange. But yes, it disappears too easily - probably the real problem is window zoom, because it was not that it disappears quickly only, but too easily.

@davidzbiral could you please make a video because I don't know what to imagine.. it's not possible to pass from menu icon to the menu items?
