midi start/stop and search modules #408

tested with ardour6.9 and cardinal 22.10 @ ubuntustudio 22.04

module host midi not receiving midi start and stop messages (v/oct, gate and velocity works ok/host time works ok) from master
it is not possible to type anything into search modules bar

tested with ardour7.2 and cardinal 22.12 @ ubuntustudio 22.04

module Host Midi can receive and send Stop message from Ardour, but is not sending anything when Start is initialised
modules search bar is ok now :)

this is the only (hacky-whacky) way i got start and stop messages to work inside Ardour Screenshot_20230123_231048

recompiled latest cardinal and tested with ardour 8.2 on ubuntustudio 22.04 and unfortunately have to confirm that midi start is still not working. midi stop is sending signal which is observable in scope. and also search module menu is broken again - it is not possible to write anything - although paste with right click works
