Rare bug when loading a DAW project that contains an instance of Cardinal with AS effect modules #520

Cardinal VST3 (main) 23.02, REAPER v6.78, Windows 11

Sometimes, when loading a project in my DAW that contains an instance of Cardinal that has one or more effect modules by AS (Delay Plus FX, Reverb FX, etc.), these modules will output an incredibly hot signal even when there is no input. The issue goes away by reloading the patch within Cardinal.

I've only been able to reproduce this ~~twice~~ three times, all at random.
