Treasure VCO themes #524

In VCV Rack it's possible to right click Treasure VCO and select a different theme, can this theme feature be added to Cardinal?

The feature itself could be added, but the themes themselves may or may not, depending on the artwork licensing (it may also be possible to allow for user-created themes to be applied).

There are a few other modules where you're supposed to be able to select custom themes via the context menu, but none of the options do anything, so I suppose those could be addressed as well.
