Sapphire plugin adds new module: Glee. #600

Glee is a chaotic oscillator similar to Frolic. It became available as a bonus module in v 2.3.1.

Cool! Looks good to me (just did a test).

Once the CI finishes I'll merge it :)

I'm not sure what causes this error. I doubt it has anything to do with my changes, but please let me know if I can be of any assistance in resolving this.

@cosinekitty yeah this is probably fine. All the main platform builds are working.

MOD builds are still quite experimental and meant for https://mod.audio tools.
