1 month ago We did make changes to scroll sensitivity as it was extremely slow on other systems, but the expected behavior was that it was now the same for all.
But somehow it seems it "overshoots" with this setting on your version of macOS. There is a suspicion of where this is coming from at least.

1 week ago Can confirm the same issue as OP described. 16" MBP M3 Pro Max Sequoia 15.0. Default trackpad speed settings.

Description
When I use 2 fingers to drag and navigate around my rack it is now super sensitive. I am only moving my hand a tiny bit and the navigation jumps around as shown in the gif (the gif is not sped up).
