the "you know what to do" feels off here, what are your expectations exactly?
I don't understand what the screenshots are supposed to be showing. Did you only close the Cardinal window, or did you remove the plugin from FL?
If the later then I'd say the memory issue is with FL. Also your FL says it has a new version available, so maybe try updating first?

I keep forgetting that we can't read each other's mind, i was been too confident (or cocky) on you, but still, that problem is making me uncomfortable, it would be a hell if it leaked directly to my system if i didn't forcely restarted my PC asap.

Look at the memory increase, i tried to make a new project in attempt to resolve the problem, you know what to do, Cardinal is leaking.
