WIP: Obxd recovery #115

This is a work in progress, but almost compiles. Perhaps someone can pick this up and fix it.

I think the images and skins can be removed, we dont have to support those. Also, banks are in VST format (the fxp thing), which are not super useful for LV2

for a first update, it would be best to do it without any extra external assets, only possibly figure that out later.

You can drop the second and third commit if you prefer no external assets, I'm pretty sure I didn't touch the built in ones.
