drumsynth issue #16

Sometimes drumsynth makes incorrect tone. You can reproduce it in this way:

  1. Start drumsynth with default settings
  2. Play C1 note (kick)
  3. Play C2 (unused note)
  4. Play C1 again. First tone will be much higher, than it should be.
