add missing ladspa headers for juce #53

ladspa.h is not found otherwise. i suppose it works on your machine because you have ladspa.h in your /usr/include

I was convinced juce shipped with a local copy of ladspa.h file, but indeed not the case. Using the juced one is fine, ladspa has not changed in more than 10 years.
