Fixed vulnerability found at https://cve.mitre.org/cgi-bin/cvename.cgi?name=CVE-2017-12652 by updating pngpread.c

While appreciated, you need to submit that to juce, not here. From what I know, none of the plugins in this repository support loading of custom PNGs, so this repo is unaffected.
