As a home owner, I want the car to be able to turn left or right so that it can change trajectory.

Criterias:

The car will be connected to a computer when running.
The car will be able to read commands for left and right directional movement sent by the computer.
The car will stop running when reaching a object or when an input is sent to the car from the computer to stop.
