Steer the smartcar with voice #23

User Story:

As a medical professional, I want to steer the SmartCar with voice, so that I don’t have to use the Android application manually.

Acceptance criteria:

The Android application can translate voice commands to the corresponding car movement, such as left, right, stop, reverse and forward.
