User Story:

As a medical professional, I want the SmartCar be able to automatically navigate around an obstacle while in voice control, so that I don't have to micromanage the SmartCar.

When in voice contol mode, The SmartCar is able to navigate around an obstacle and continue to drive in its previous direction.

This issue is not to be implemented. The milestone Enhanced Obstacle Avoidance has been removed from scope of the project.
