User Story:

As a medical professional I want to be notified within 20s, if the SmartCar cannot navigate around an obstacle, so that I can resolve the problem manually.

The application displays a notification within 20s, when the SmartCar cannot find an alternative path.

This issue is not to be implemented. The milestone Enhanced Obstacle Avoidance has been removed from scope of the project.
