When the car goes offline and the user navigates back to the car selection page the list doesn't get updated and still contains the disconnected car name

Acceptance criteria:

When the end-user navigates back to the car selection page and the car list will be updated and all offline car names will be removed

This bug is not going to be resolved during the project run The team has decided that because of the project time constraints not to fix this issue. The bug has been reported as a known issue in the read me file.
