Car dance speed changes based on tempo

User Story

• As a DJ SmartCar user, I want the car to change speed based on the tempo of the track so that I can be entertained.

Acceptance criteria:

• The car changes dance speed depending on which track is being played.

Tempo ranges and speeds

The car will change speed according to the following defined tempo ranges:

• If the track is <60 bpm, the car's speed will be the default 30
• If the track is 61-100 bpm, the car's speed will be 20
• If the track is 101-130 bpm, the car's speed will be 30
• If the track is 131-160 bpm, the car's speed will be 40
• If the track is >161 bpm, the car's speed will be 50
