App name decision and header change in UI #126

This issue is for changing the header app name string to a new app name that we've all decided on.

User story

As an end-user, I want to easily spot the application name, so that I know how to refer to it.

Acceptance criteria

The application ui displays an app name decided on by the development team.

@AnnanLao , this issue can't be closed until we've re-named the app in all the applicable locations.
