Documentation - readme etc #139

This pull request relates to the readme file and other documentation updates, as well as possible code clean-up.

@AnnanLao @dojodj @ZJW-92 @Simonster1999 @matekd , I added a "Hardware and software architecture" section to the readme file, with "Application software"; "Arduino software" and "Hardware" subsections.

The "Arduino software" and "Hardware" sections are empty.

In "Application software", "Connector.java" and "JoyStick.java" need to be filled in. The rest are already filled in, unless you think I've missed a file :)
