User story: As a staff member, I want to indicate that the order is delivered, so that the customer is aware of that the order is delivered.

Acceptance criteria:

[ ] The joystick car control screen has a "Delivered" button.
[ ] When the button is clicked, the message that says "order has been delivered" is sent to the customer.
