Implementing autopilot feature for the smartcar

User story: As a staff member, I want the smart car to have an autopilot feature, so that the car is able to avoid obstacles by itself.

Acceptance criteria:

• [x] When the car detects an obstacle in front of it, it should check its left and right side for obstacles.
• [x] The car should turn left or right to avoid the obstacle at the front.
• [x] When there is no obstacle at the front of the car, it should drive forward.
• [x] When the car detects an obstacle in front and left from it, then it should turn to the right.
• [x] When the car detects an obstacle in front and right from it, then it should turn to the left.
